I. Collection of Information

Information Collected at Registration - We collect very little data from you at the time of registration: email address, desired password (which is encrypted and non-viewable by 4th Base Marketing LLC staff), first and last name and shipping address. We also learn that users are above the age of 18, as required by local, state and federal law for adult content.

  4. Third Parties - Our sponsors also use third-party cookies to identify you as one of our members for the purpose of crediting. At no time is any information about you sent to sponsors or provided in a cookie. We may transmit a unique identifier (a number) to the sponsor site for crediting purposes, but this identifier means nothing to anyone who is not an administrator of strokenut.com. Sponsors also recognize IP address to identify unique visitors. Once you begin to provide information to third parties via a registration form, 4th Base Marketing LLC has no control over the privacy policies of third parties.   5. Information Collected Via Referrals - strokenut.com features a referral bonus program. That is, if you provide a specially crafted link to a friend that they use to register at strokenut.com, that user is associated with you in a database to facilitate bonus crediting. By providing the link to a friend, you both will expose your email address to each other to ensure correct identification. Since strokenut.com credits the referring user a percentage of the referral's sponsor sign-up activity, the referring user will be aware of the amount of activity on the account. However, the names of the sites a user subscribes to are not exposed in the referral relationship.

II. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

  2. We cooperate with law enforcement and will release information if subpoenaed.

III. Email communication

As long as your remain a strokenut.com member, opting not to receive email does not exempt you from receiving administrative emails, that include but are not limited to, notices about vital program and membership status changes or alterations to our Terms of Service.
